This Privacy Policy explains how Doodlefy, developed by Javier Gallo Roca (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles your information when you use the Doodlefy mobile application (“App”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Doodlefy is designed to be used without requiring login, registration, or personal data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or request any of the following:

  • Your name, email address, or phone number
  • Your location or IP address
  • Any account or payment details
  • Any biometric or sensitive personal data

The App operates anonymously. You do not need to create an account or provide any identifying information to use it.

2. Data We May Process (for Functionality)

To operate the App and ensure functionality, we may process non-personal, technical information such as:

  • Basic app usage events (e.g., number of image generations)
  • Crash reports or error logs
  • Anonymous system metadata (device model, OS version)

This data is used only to monitor and maintain app performance and is never linked to your identity.

These logs may be temporarily stored by services such as:

  • Google Cloud
  • OpenAI

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics platforms.

3. Third-Party Services

Doodlefy uses third-party services to provide core functionality, including AI image generation. These services may process input data (like your drawing) in order to return a result, but this data is not stored or used for training by Doodlefy.

  • OpenAI (image generation API)
  • Google Cloud (serverless infrastructure)

4. Children’s Privacy

Doodlefy does not knowingly collect or process personal data from children. The App is safe for general audiences and does not include explicit or sensitive content.

5. Security

We use modern cloud infrastructure and follow industry best practices to ensure that all processed data is protected. However, no system is 100% secure. By using the App, you accept this risk.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
